If there is an issue with your order, we'll work hard to ensure your satisfaction. Please fill out our customer care form and someone from our team will reach out to you within one business day. We ask that you just let us know within 10 days of delivery.

We pride ourselves on producing high-quality custom apparel and delivering them on time. No matter where you are or what schedule you need to meet, we’ll do everything in our power to meet your needs where you are.
Shipping Locations
We deliver to the United States, Canada, and US APO/FPO locations. Please note that shipping outside of the continental US may incur an additional fee.
In some situations, we are able to ship internationally as well, but please reach out to our customer care team with your specific shipping requirements at 877-446-5266

Free Standard Shipping - Delivery expected within 9-12 business days

Customer satisfaction is our primary focus. If the customized products you receive differ materially from what was designed in our Design Studio, the products arrived flawed or damaged, or your rush order was late, please fill out our customer care form and one of our experienced Customer Care Reps will work with you to find a solution. Just let us know of any issues within 45 days of receiving your order.
