Our Mistake = 100% Free Replacement
If your print job is incorrect and we are responsible for the error, we will replace the product 100% free. No questions asked.
Customer Error = Reprint at Your Cost
If the error is a customer mistake (wrong size selected, incorrect file submitted, etc.), you are responsible for the reprint cost.
No Cash Refunds
We do not offer cash refunds at this time. However, we provide store credits for any future purchases that never expire.
